- Always review a vendor's profile, ratings, and previous work before making a booking.
- We encourage both clients and vendors to use written agreements for event services.
- Confirm all event details, pricing, and payment terms before making any payment.
- Report suspicious behavior, fake profiles, or fraudulent activities immediately to Customer Care at 07013681364.
- Any user involved in fraud, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activities will be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
- Your personal information is protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
